My wife and I have always taken pride in doing everything ourselves, but when we decided to build the house we plan to live in forever, we knew we were going to need help. We were nervous for such a large project, and worried about making the wrong decision in who to work with. From our first meeting, Curtis at S&W has been nothing short of great. We've had a straightforward experience from day one, and we truly believe he has our best interests in mind. Any questions or concerns have been answered promptly. We're currently about half way through our project and I have zero regrets in working with S&W.

We have been in our new Sacksteader and Ward home for about 14 months. We feel at home. S&W BUILDERS exceeded our expectations on every front. The quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail, focus on special requests that personalized our home made our experience a great process. They provided great communication and were so helpful at every turn. If you are considering the SACKSTEADER AND WARD TEAM we can't recommend them enough! They are extraordinary craftsmen and very amazing people.

I rented both my apartment and tattoo studio from Sacksteder & Ward! I would definitely recommend. They were always quick to respond, answering any questions I had, and very accommodating! Anytime I needed something for maintenance they were there same day (sometimes that night) or the following day to solve ANY issues. They don’t mess around!😅 I LOVED both of my spaces that I rented. They were both CLEAN, updated, and modern (which made it so much easier for me to decorate.) You can tell they really care about all of their properties, from interior to exterior!! They are all very personable, as well as keeping it professional. I moved out of state, but if I were to come back to town I would definitely rent from them again 💛 -Lexie Hall

It sounds cliché, but S&W truly listened to our vision and brought it to life with our first ever custom home. Their team is incredibly professional and impressively creative. They’ve been communicative, transparent, and genuinely invested in our happiness. The quality of work is top-notch, and the attention to detail is insane. Highly recommend!
