Sacksteder & Ward

Catrina & Curtis were great to work with. Catrina was great and very knowledgeable when it came to the design and finishings of my home. Curtis made the final steps; walk thru and follow up, easy. I love my new home and would recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely LOVE my new home! I honestly could not be happier with my experience with Sacksteder & Ward. From the very beginning, they were incredibly patient with me and truly listened to everything I wanted. I definitely had plenty of questions, concerns, and requests along the way, and I never felt like I was being a bother. They listened, responded quickly, and always made me feel like my concerns mattered. Their communication and response time throughout the entire process were exceptional. Building a home is such a huge and personal experience, and I am so thankful I chose Sacksteder & Ward to build mine. They took the vision I had for my home and brought it to life, and seeing everything finally come together has been such an amazing feeling. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience, but most importantly, I am completely and totally in love with my new home. It feels like my home in every possible way, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thank you to everyone at Sacksteder & Ward, especially Curtis and Catrina, who had a part in making my new home a reality. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering building! ❤️

Great Work! I would choose these guys every time.

Awesome to work with

S&W was remarkable to work with. They built a house of my design on an already existing foundation with us living 14 hours away. Not a single worry. Pictures and videos sent along the way. They worked closely with us to get us into our new home in time. The quality of work was unquestionable.

We have been in our new Sacksteader and Ward home for about 14 months. We feel at home. S&W BUILDERS exceeded our expectations on every front. The quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail, focus on special requests that personalized our home made our experience a great process. They provided great communication and were so helpful at every turn. If you are considering the SACKSTEADER AND WARD TEAM we can't recommend them enough! They are extraordinary craftsmen and very amazing people.

I can’t say enough good things about Sacksteder & Ward. Beyond being responsive and professional landlords, their commitment to our community truly sets them apart. They are intentionally bringing life back to Main Street by investing in historic buildings, restoring them with care, and preserving the character that makes each space unique. The renovation work done on my storefront was exceptional — thoughtfully updated while still honoring the building’s historic roots. It’s clear they don’t believe in one-size-fits-all renovations; they respect the story of each building while making it functional and beautiful for modern businesses. Sacksteder & Ward is actively helping revitalize our community, strengthen local business, and ensure Main Street continues to thrive. I’m incredibly grateful to be a tenant and proud to operate my business in a space they’ve restored with such intention and care.

My wife and I have always taken pride in doing everything ourselves, but when we decided to build the house we plan to live in forever, we knew we were going to need help. We were nervous for such a large project, and worried about making the wrong decision in who to work with. From our first meeting, Curtis at S&W has been nothing short of great. We've had a straightforward experience from day one, and we truly believe he has our best interests in mind. Any questions or concerns have been answered promptly. We're currently about half way through our project and I have zero regrets in working with S&W.

Very professional to work with. Always willing to go the extra mile

We knew right away that Curtis and crew were the perfect team for our project! We could not be happier with our experience from the start! Our process has been smooth, organized, and stress-free thanks to this incredible team! The craftmanship and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. They take pride in their work and are very dedicated to customer satisfaction! Highly recommend!!!

It sounds cliché, but S&W truly listened to our vision and brought it to life with our first ever custom home. Their team is incredibly professional and impressively creative. They’ve been communicative, transparent, and genuinely invested in our happiness. The quality of work is top-notch, and the attention to detail is insane. Highly recommend!

Extremely professional, they always have their customers best interest at heart ♥️

I rented both my apartment and tattoo studio from Sacksteder & Ward! I would definitely recommend. They were always quick to respond, answering any questions I had, and very accommodating! Anytime I needed something for maintenance they were there same day (sometimes that night) or the following day to solve ANY issues. They don’t mess around!😅 I LOVED both of my spaces that I rented. They were both CLEAN, updated, and modern (which made it so much easier for me to decorate.) You can tell they really care about all of their properties, from interior to exterior!! They are all very personable, as well as keeping it professional. I moved out of state, but if I were to come back to town I would definitely rent from them again 💛 -Lexie Hall
